Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policies

  1. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

    All fees for your Plan will be billed to your credit card. You authorize the card issuer to pay any amounts described herein and associated with your Plan and authorize us (or a billing agent acting on our behalf) to continue charging all such amounts to your credit card account until you or we cancel or terminate your Plan as provided herein or these amounts are paid in full, whichever is later.

    You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete and accurate, and you must promptly contact FindaTrucker.com if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your FindaTrucker.com username or password).

    You authorize us to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. Please check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.

    You can view your payment method at any time by logging into FindaTrucker.com, clicking the "Account" tab at the top of the page to access the "Payment Method" page.

    Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

  2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
    1. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
      1. Monthly Plan Payment Policy and Terms

        You will select your Monthly Plan as part of your registration or during a plan upgrade or downgrade. Each subscription period for a Monthly Plan will be for at least 30 days and will automatically renew. You are responsible for subscription fees for the entire twelve (12) month subscription period.

        Your Plan will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription. The subscription billing will stop automatically and your service will continue until the end of your monthly billing period. You will not receive any refunds for payments made on your current billing cycle. In the event you cancel your Plan, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial or unused months.

      2. Annual Plan Payment Policy and Terms

        You will select your Annual Plan as part of your registration or during a plan upgrade. Each subscription period for a Yearly Plan will be for twelve (12) months. You are responsible for subscription fees for the entire twelve (12) month subscription period.

        Your Plan will automatically renew for a subscription period of twelve (12) months, unless you provide FindaTrucker.com with email notice (sent to billing@findatrucker.com) of your intent not to renew your Plan at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period.

        In the event you cancel your Plan, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial or unused months.

      3. Upgrading Plan Levels

        If you upgrade your Plan level, you will immediately be charged for the increased price of the upgraded Plan, pro-rated to reflect the remaining duration of your subscription period, and you will be charged the full amount of the then-current rate for the new Plan beginning with your next billing cycle.
         
      4. Downgrading Plans

        The Plan downgrade will take effect the first billing cycle that occurs more than thirty (30) days following your downgrade and you will not receive any refunds for payments made on your current billing cycle. Downgrading your Plan may cause the loss of account content, access and features. FindaTrucker.com disclaims liability for any such loss.
      5. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with a Credit or Debit Card

        If you have purchased an automatically renewing membership on FindaTrucker.com and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to FindaTrucker.com, clicking the "Account" tab at the top of the page to access the "Subscription" page, scrolling down to the "Change Subscription" area, clicking "Change" and selecting "Cancel Membership." In the event you cancel your Plan, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial or unused months.

    2. Non-Renewing Subscriptions
      1. Cancelling a Non-Renewing Subscription Purchased through the FindaTrucker.com Website with a Credit or Debit Card

        Non-renewing Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire at the end of the term. 

  3. MODIFICATIONS

    We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
